and independant spirit of Delbert McClinton and his uncompromising
road warrior musical friends. Every year since 1993, McClinton
has leased a cruise ship and filled it with his musical colleagues

- Red House: This version of the Jimi
Hendrix classic was recorded at the Meltdown Festival in
London's Royal Festival Hall in June of '05. It features
a jaw-dropping performance on guitar from the incomparable
Jeff Beck
- People Get Ready: Jeff Beck and Rod
Stewart reached #45 in the US with a remake of this Curtis
Mayfield song. This version, with Jimmy on vocals and JB
again on guitar, was taken from a Jeff Beck tribute at
Royal Festival Hall in London sometime in 2002.
- Grits Ain't Groceries/Soul Jones: A
powerhouse performance by Wet Willie at the Ebbets Field
nightclub in Denver, Colorado. This mini-medley was recorded
in 1974 and is available on Live From Ebbets Field (Vol
2).
- Lorraine: Here's a strong performance
from BHLT (Dickie Betts, Jimmy Hall,
Chuck Leavell, and Butch Trucks).
This was recorded at The Coffee Pot in Roanoke, Virginia
in 1983.
- There Ain't Nothin' You Can Do: Another
BHLT performance from the Roanoke gig.
